International Women’s Day Event
This International Women’s Day, we’re inviting you to gather at Hinata Cafe for a special evening of community, culture, and action ✨ With how meaningful last year was, we just had to make it happen again!
With the theme ‘Accelerate Action’, this year’s event is about moving forward together — taking real steps toward gender equality through shared experiences, conversations, and celebration.

Time: 5:30pm - 9pm
In the back event space behind Hinata Cafe in the Fremantle Fibonacci Centre.
Here’s what the night will include:
✿ Grazing food and sweets throughout the evening
✿ Refreshing non-alcoholic beverages

✿ Cultural fashion parade, showcasing diverse heritages
✿ Women’s Stories & Conversations — a panel led by Ai-Ling Truong (@blueapocalypse)
✿ End of night Dance Party to wrap up the night in the best way!
This year, we’re proud to support Perth Community Refugee Support Group, helping women rebuild their lives in safety.
We’d love for you to wear your cultural attire and share your heritage with us as we celebrate diversity, strength, and the power of collective action.
